Lacy & Matt | Legg Mason Tower | Baltimore Wedding Photographer

Lacy & Matt are two of the nicest people you will ever meet which is why I knew photographing their wedding would be a blast. I started the day off getting ready with Matt and then headed over to Four Seasons Baltimore with the girls. Everyone was calm and collected and ready for an exciting day ahead! After some bridesmaids and groomsmen portraits, we took the limo to the stunning Baltimore Basilica for the wedding ceremony. There was a break between the ceremony and reception so we were able to take plenty of portraits at the Inner Harbor before the reception began. We were fighting the sun setting but it worked out great because we were able to photograph sunset and night photos before the reception started at Legg Mason Tower. Lacy & Matt were introduced and the party began. The dance floor was literally packed all night thanks to DC Synergy Band. This was one of those weddings that you could tell EVERYONE was just having so much fun. I just love those kinds of weddings! And I was so honored Lacy & Matt choose me to document their day. Enjoy!

Melissa & Brian | Lord Baltimore Hotel | Baltimore Wedding Photographer

Melissa & Brian were married in the ballroom at the newly renovated Lord Baltimore Hotel. Not only that, but the hotel was decorated for the holidays which made it even more beautiful. During December, it is typically too cold to take pictures outside, but Melissa & Brian lucked out with having one of those unseasonably warm days. The weather couldn’t have been more perfect for this winter wonderland wedding. These two weren’t nervous at all. They were just really excited–to see each other and to become husband and wife. It was really cute! They wrote their own vows which were so incredibly sweet and meaningful while the ceremony was led by Rev. Laura Cannon from Ceremony Officiants. Jillian from Elle Ellinghaus Designs designed a gorgeous winter wonderland wedding complete with lit trees, blue uplighting, and dustings of snow everywhere.  The night was kept lively and the dance floor packed by the band, Black Tie. I was so honored to be able to photograph this wedding for Melissa & Brian and I wish them so much happiness in their future together!

Erica & Ryan | Baltimore Yacht Club | Baltimore Wedding Photographer

Erica & Ryan were married on a gorgeous day at the Baltimore Yacht Club in Baltimore, Maryland. Their wedding ceremony was on top of a huge hill that overlooked the Chesapeake Bay. Absolutely stunning! Before the ceremony, we did a first look and finished up all of the portraits. Erica’s Dad even docked his yacht for us so we could take some photos on it. Love! The reception was under a white tent and the sun set as the band Spectrum got the party started. And of course with such a beautiful sunset, I had to sneak Erica & Ryan away from the party for more photos on the yacht. These two were so easy going on their wedding day and I wish them a very happy and healthy future together!

Katie & Hayward | Basilica and Frederick Douglass Museum | Baltimore New Year’s Eve Wedding Photographer

I don’t even know where to begin with this New Year’s Eve black-tie wedding…gorgeous…fabulous…oh-so-fun…amazing…did I mention gorgeous?  Katie began the day getting ready in a large space in Spinnaker Bay while Hayward and the guys got ready at the Maryland Club.  The getting ready areas could not have been more perfect for this bridal party considering there were eleven bridesmaids and twelve groomsmen.  I think this might be my largest bridal party to date! Katie & Hayward definitely have a lot of special people in their lives that they are close with and I love that about them.  After braving the cold for some bridesmaids’ pictures outside, we headed over to the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary for the wedding ceremony.  This church is absolutely stunning! After a sweet ceremony, guests headed to the Frederick Douglass Museum where the reception was held under a large clear tent.  During the fireworks, you could look straight up into the sky–amazing!  I remember at my consult with Katie, she was describing her wedding as a fun and laid back party and that is exactly what it was.  I can not even begin to describe how awesome their band, Party on the Moon, was. And they should be considering that they have played the last two NYE’s at Donald Trump’s party, Eli Manning’s wedding, and at Obama’s inauguration. Bands usually take breaks and the party stops, but not this band.  They played one great song after the other and they were so incredibly entertaining.  At the end of the night, I told the band that I actually didn’t like them because they were so great that they distracted me from my job and all I wanted to do was watch them and dance along.  Between the dancing, the fireworks, the New Year’s Eve party favors, the food by Rouge Catering, and the New Orleans touches, I think this will be one wedding that guests will never forget. And of course, the one and only Beth from Elizabeth Bailey weddings was the one working behind the scenes to make this wedding fabulous. A big thanks to my second photographer Teri Pozniak.  I couldn’t have done it without you! I’m so incredibly happy for Katie and Hayward and I’m so honored that I was able to capture their special day.  It is so obvious that Hayward absolutely adores Katie and that is something so great to see.  I wish these two an incredible life together!Baltimore Wedding Photographer-3Baltimore Wedding Photographer-4Baltimore Wedding Photographer-5Baltimore Wedding Photographer-7Baltimore Wedding Photographer-8Baltimore Wedding Photographer-11Baltimore Wedding Photographer-12Baltimore Wedding Photographer-14Baltimore Wedding Photographer-1Baltimore Wedding Photographer-2Baltimore Wedding Photographer-6Baltimore Wedding Photographer-9Baltimore Wedding Photographer-17Baltimore Wedding Photographer-18Baltimore Wedding Photographer-19Baltimore Wedding Photographer-10Baltimore Wedding Photographer-20Baltimore Wedding Photographer-21Baltimore Wedding Photographer-26Baltimore Wedding Photographer-27Baltimore Wedding Photographer-28Baltimore Wedding Photographer-29Baltimore Wedding Photographer-24Baltimore Wedding Photographer-15Baltimore Wedding Photographer-16Baltimore Wedding Photographer-22Baltimore Wedding Photographer-23Baltimore Wedding Photographer-35Baltimore Wedding Photographer-25Baltimore Wedding Photographer-30Baltimore Wedding Photographer-31Baltimore Wedding Photographer-33Baltimore Wedding Photographer-36Baltimore Wedding Photographer-37Baltimore Wedding Photographer-32Baltimore Wedding Photographer-38Baltimore Wedding Photographer-39Baltimore Wedding Photographer-40Baltimore Wedding Photographer-41Baltimore Wedding Photographer-34Baltimore Wedding Photographer-45Baltimore Wedding Photographer-42Baltimore Wedding Photographer-43Baltimore Wedding Photographer-44Baltimore Wedding Photographer-51Baltimore Wedding Photographer-52Baltimore Wedding Photographer-53Baltimore Wedding Photographer-54Baltimore Wedding Photographer-46Baltimore Wedding Photographer-55Baltimore Wedding Photographer-56Baltimore Wedding Photographer-57Baltimore Wedding Photographer-50Baltimore Wedding Photographer-49Baltimore Wedding Photographer-48Baltimore Wedding Photographer-47Baltimore Wedding Photographer-58Baltimore Wedding Photographer-59Baltimore Wedding Photographer-60Baltimore Wedding Photographer-61Baltimore Wedding Photographer-62Baltimore Wedding Photographer-63Planner: Beth from Elizabeth Bailey Weddings Wedding Ceremony:  Basilica of the National Shrine of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Wedding Reception: Frederick Douglass Museum Photographer: Ashley Michelle Photography Band: Party on the Moon Florist: Blue Vanda Designs Caterer: Rouge Fine Catering Invitations: MLC Designs Cake: Grauls Market Ruxton Make-up Artist: Lisa Kastell Hair Stylist: Lesley Mahla Bridal Dress Store: Francesca’s Bridal Bridal Dress Designer: Enzoani Groom’s Tux: Custom from Quintessential Gentleman Transportation: An Extraordinar Limousine Tent/Lighting: Loane Brothers Furniture: AFR Furniture Rental Linen Rental: Table Toppers

Kendra & Matt | Royal Sonesta Harbour Court Hotel | Baltimore Wedding Photographer

Kendra & Matt are the absolute sweetest and are just so darn cute together.  They were both so relaxed and laid back on their wedding day at the Royal Sonesta Harbour Court. Kendra’s sister served as the officiant for their ceremony.  She had wedding guests laughing and crying at the same time as she told stories of their childhood and how Kendra & Matt came to be a couple in love.  It really was one of the most meaningful ceremonies I have ever photographed.  The reception was kept lively all night by the fabulous Devin from My Deejay.  I’m so happy for Kendra & Matt and I wish them so much happiness in their future life together.  Thanks for letting me be a part of your day!
